Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect from our store in Geelong West, Victoria. We are open 9am-5pm Monday- Saturday & 10am-4pm Sunday. We are closed on all Australian Public Holidays. 

 

Shipping Orders

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days of your order being received by us (during business hours). Orders placed after 11am Friday will be shipped on Monday.

During busy periods, such as sales or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details via email once your item has been despatched from our store in Geelong West, Victoria.

 

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Full-Price Orders over $250.00

Standard Shipping: $15.00

Express Shipping: Please contact us for a quote. 

Oversized Shipping Cost: NSW, ACT, QLD, NT, WA, SA, TAS: $30.00

VIC: $20.00

SALE: All products on SALE are excluded from Free Shipping and will incur a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $15. 

Rugs/Lamps: Are only available for Click & Collect from our store in Geelong West. Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.

Orders

Once you have completed your order online, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment have been received. We are also happy to take orders over the phone or via email. Payment for these orders can be made by credit card Visa, Mastercard, or Amex.
