We use Australia Post for all shipments. We shipping from our store in Geelong West, Victoria, Australia. 3218.
Free Shipping: Orders over $250.00 Australia wide
Standard Shipping: $15.00
In-Store Pickup: Please choose this option at checkout.
Oversized Shipping Cost: Vary and calculated at checkout (Artwork, Furniture, Oversized Products, Bedspreads or Heavy Items)*
*Customer outside Victoria must arrange their own couriers for these items. You will be notified at checkout.

Sending interstate:
Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points.
Country – Please ask at your local Post Office

If you can’t find this email. Not to worry, just contact us here on this page, and we will do our best to help you. We will ask for your name, items ordered and postcode for delivery. Once we can identify your order we will be more than happy to provide an idea of fulfilment and delivery status.
If you created an Account with us, you can always view Order History in Account Dashboard too. Here you will see the current state of your order.
Currently we only Ship Items to Australian Addresses. If you really want to purchase sometime please contact us here on this page, and we will try and facilitate your request.
To check the status of your order login to your Dashboard and click on the orders tab. If you checkout as Guest please refer to your Shipping Confirmation email.
If you have either not received shipping confirmation email and need help, you will be required to have your Order ID and email used at Checkout in order before we can assist on shipping related matters.
If you want to track your parcel in transit, click on the link in your Shipping confirmation email to get your tracking ID. We use Australia Post as our carrier.
Please note: Tracking will only be available when Australia Post first processes the consignment.

If you do change your mind or purchased the wrong size/colour we are happy to offer you a exchange or credit note.
Club Ampersand
This is our way of showing our appreciation. You'll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled, just simply login or create an account today and start earning.
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu that is accessible from the Club Ampersand widget bottom right on all store pages.
Loyalty Points are only supported by Ampersand Homewares Geelong West and NOT Ampersand Home Furniture Store.
We have two stores in the multi-cultural suburb of Geelong West. Ampersand Homewares and Home Furniture Stores. Currently points can only be earned and redeemed at Ampersand Homewares store and on-line. We are working on this and may change in the future.
Your point balance is on every page in the top bar from the Club Ampersand widget bottom right on all store pages once you are logged in to your account.
Select the tab called Rewards. Here you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward that is accessible from the Club Ampersand widget bottom right on all store pages
No... Go ahead and earn as many as you can. The only prerequisite is you have a Ampersand account and you can start earning today. In-store and online.
Gift cards can be purchased through online or in-store, you only earn points for the initial purchase of the gift card. We don’t give points for orders paid with a gift card. Only the original purchaser is eligible for Club Ampersand points.
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
- Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

General
We sure do, and they can be used in-store or online making them the perfect last minute gift. Ampersand Gift Cards have a 10 year expiry from date of issue. This is more than the 3 year minimum as per by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Customers are not able to check their current gift card balance, but never fear you can get in contact with us and we will email you with an updated gift card with the current balance on it.
Gift certificates can be purchased in-store and online and redeemed both in-store and online. The balance is updated instantly within our systems.
We Currently accept all major Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express including digital wallets Google Pay & Apple Pay for Supported Devices.
You will need to have a payment method from a supported bank or payment card provider, please see the Apple Pay support page for more details, along with a compatible Apple device.
