    How much does shipping cost?

    We use Australia Post for all shipments. We shipping from our store in Geelong West, Victoria, Australia. 3218.

    Free Shipping: Orders over $150.00 Australia wide
    Local Shipping: $5.00 (postcode restricted)
    Standard Shipping: $10.00
    In-Store Pickup: Please choose this option at checkout.
    Oversized Shipping Cost: Vary and calculated at checkout (Artwork & Furniture)*

    *Customer outside Victoria must arrange their own couriers for these items. You will be notified at checkout.

    An account with my email already exsist?

    If you have shopped in one of Ampersand stores before you will automatically have an account with us. And if you have never shopped online with us, you just need to reset your password here.

    What is my Order Status?

    To check the status of your order login to your Dashboard and click on the orders tab. If you checkout as Guest please click here to search for your order. You will be required to have your Order ID and email used at Checkout.

    If you want to track your parcel in transit, click on the link in your Shipping confirmation email to get your tracking ID. We use Australia Post as our carrier.

    Please note: Tracking will only be available when Australia Post first processes the consignment.

    How long will it take to receive my orders?

    We shipping from our store in Geelong West, Victoria, Australia. 3218.

    Service Speed Coverage
    Standard Shipping Delivery in 2 or more business days after posting Covers all of Australia. Sending to same state: Metro – up to 2 business days. Country – up to 5 business days. Sending interstate: Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points. Country – Please ask at your local Post Office
    Express Shipping Next business day delivery Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by Australia Post Next Day Guarantee.

    I am still waiting for my item to arrive. What shall I do?

    Please find your Shipping Confirmation email and click on the Tracking link. Please also check your spam folder for this email if you missed it.

    If you can’t find this email. Not to worry, just contact us here on this page, and we will do our best to help you. We will ask for your name, items ordered and postcode for delivery. Once we can identify your order we will be more than happy to provide an idea of fulfilment and delivery status.

    If you created an Account with us, you can always view Order History in Account Dashboard too. Here you will see the current state of your order.

    Do you have Click & Collect

    Sure thing… Just choose In-store Pickup at checkout and soon as your order is ready you will contacted by one of our staff members or to organize the best time that suits you.

    Do you offer refunds?

    We want you to shop with confidence however please select carefully as we do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. Read full returns policy here

    If you do change your mind or purchased the wrong size/colour we are happy to offer you a exchange or credit note if the following items are met:

    • Contact us and return the item within 14 days of receiving your purchase
    • Must be in new condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging
    • That’s it!

    For exchanges please contact us to see if we have the item you would like to exchange, we are more than happy to pop it aside until your return arrives.

    What method of Payments do you accept?

    We Currently accept all major Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express including digital wallets Google Pay & Apple Pay for Supported Devices.

    You will need to have a payment method from a supported bank or payment card provider, please see the Apple Pay support page for more details, along with a compatible Apple device.

    Can I use my gift certificate purchased in-store online?

    In-Store gift certificates can only be redeemed in-store. We currently don’t support the use of In-store and online gift certificates.

    But stay tuned we are looking in to how we can offer this for you and loved ones.

    What countries do you deliver to?

    Currently we only Ship Items to Australian Addresses. If you really want to purchase sometime please contact us here on this page, and we will try and facilitate your request.
